Ryan started with Quality Cabinets® in 2004 as a service technician,. Management discovered his talent and he quickly became one of the youngest cabinet installers in the company. In 2006, Ryan moved on to work with some of the finest custom cabinet makers in the country, building his portfolio to astounding levels.

Since then Ryan has moved through the Cabinet industry gaining experience in the trade from full custom cabinetry to cabinet manufacturing. The collaboration between Ryan and Marco, bringing there knowledge from two completely different sides of the industry produced the idea of Elite Kitchen Concepts.

Marco started working as a designer with Quality Cabinets® in 2005, designing for builders such as: Pulte, Richmond, Meritage, Maracay, K-Hov, Elliot, just to mention a few. During this time Quality Cabinets® was purchased by Masco Corporation. In addition to the builder design business he took part in internal design project for MascoBCG displays.

Marco continued to work within the MascoBCG family and in 2007 Marco began to work on the retail side of the business, handling accounts throughout Arizona. After some time in retail account management he, along with colleague Ryan Gorospe, decided they could provide an unparalleled service to the public, and now introduce to you, Elite Kitchen Concepts.
